The business intelligence module is developed specifically for the requirements of a ferry company and is delivered with all key components, including template views and reports. The standard package includes; ;
- Transfer routines for data from the booking engine to the Business Intelligence database
- A Business Intelligence database, often called a Data Warehouse
- A frontend for presenting data to the user
- Standard reports and drill-down functions based on in depth experience of the ferry industry
The module is not limited to manage data from just the reservation system - it can also accommodate data from multiple sources like the Finance package market researches and phone systems. It is designed to be easy to adapt to each individual companies specific requirements.
